James Vitale

I have been designing lights for six years now. I will soon have my Masters of Fine Arts from the University of Memphis Department of Theatre and Dance. 

 

Lighting has always captivatend me. For me, designing lights is like painting in three dimentions. I love how lighting can capture a mood and direct the audience's eye. 

 

Most recently I have designed lights for The Wedding Singer by Chad Beguelin ath the University of Memphis Department of Theatre and Dance and Company by Steven Sondheim and George Firth at German Town Community Theatre in Memphis 

 

My upcoming projects are MacBeth and Blues for an Alabama Sky by Pearl Cleage, both at University of Memphis.
